better lifeThese very simple and easy rules can help everyone of us to live a better life, to achieve success and avoid serious health problems in a long-term perspective. These rules were recommended by an international group of psychiatrists, physicians and nutritionists, and these specialists are convinced that all young people who started following these rules in the age 25-30 have increased chances to live longer, to have a better health and enjoy their life at fullest. Check out the 9 rules below.

No 1: Choose the diet which is appropriate to you age range and lifestyle. Young people are more active, they can lose weight easily and their metabolism is quite fast. Elder people experience frequent hormonal changes and they have a number of chronic diseases, their metabolism is slow and activity level is low. That is why the diet should be thoroughly adjusted to our age.

No 2: Avoid overeating. The list of dangerous side effects of overeating is quite large, it includes stomach, skin and memory problems, allergies, being overweight, and a lot more.

No 4: Always refresh your room before going to sleep. All human beings need good night sleep on a regular basis, and the environment is very important for having a quality sleep every night. Always open you bedroom window at least for a couple of minutes before you go to sleep, and be sure that the temperature in the room does not go higher than 68F.

No 5: Love and be loved, in all possible meanings of these words. It means both emotional comfort of life with a loved one, and regular  physical acts of love, which help to keep good hormonal and chemical balances in our body and mind.

No 6: Make your brain work and constantly boost your mental abilities. Nowadays, more and more people on the final stages of their life suffer from various mental disorders and diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. To live a better life, improve and expand your mind all the time by, for example, avoiding using calculators and solving your favorite puzzles every day.

No 7: Always have your own point of view on things. This will have you not only in expanding your mind, but also in winning a great social position and  earning a great respect in your social circles.

No 8: Do not collect negative energy in your mind and let it go by using any appropriate technique. Specialists are sure that excessive amounts of negative energy in our mind can become a reason of many serious diseases including cancer.

No 9: Do not be tough to yourself, reward yourself for certain efforts or achievements in your life.
