    I’m so confused! I’ve drank lots of iced tea my whole life and now I”m learning the benefits of Hibiscus, Oolong etc.. but then read that tea is high in aluminum and see a link above that tea weakens bones? Is tea good or bad? Thanks in advance and BTW-I just found this website a few days ago and I love it!
